Danielle’s collaborative, trauma-informed approach is grounded in a deep respect for each client’s unique story. She helps individuals explore the patterns and behaviors that shape their lives, guiding them toward greater insight and a more fulfilling way of being. Her work is tailored to each person’s needs, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
Danielle offers in-person psychotherapy in Greenwich, CT for adults and adolescents. Sessions are 50 minutes and generally take place on a weekly basis. A 15 minute consultation is provided at no charge to assess if Danielle is the right person to help.
